Annual System & Air Quality Test
A full inspection of your HVAC system, covering electrical, refrigerant, drainage, and safety controls. We also run a whole-home air quality test that checks for pollutants, humidity problems, and airflow issues your system might be causing without you knowing.
Air Filter Replacements (x2)
We supply the right filters and swap them every six months. You don't have to figure out the size, drive to the hardware store, or remember to do it.
Pre-Summer AC Inspection + Coil Cleaning
Before the heat lands, we run your AC through a full readiness check: refrigerant levels, electrical connections, airflow, and a deep coil cleaning. Dirty coils are the biggest reason a system runs longer and cools less while your energy bill climbs from June through September. We clean them out so your AC isn't fighting itself all summer.
Pre-Winter Heating Inspection
Your furnace sits idle most of the year. Before temperatures drop, we fire it up, run a full safety inspection, and check that the heat exchanger, igniter, and controls actually work. We also flush the condensate drain, which clogs with algae and causes water leaks when nobody's watching for it. In Florida, you don't think about your heater very often. This visit makes sure it's ready when that first cold night comes.
